Terms of Service

By accessing or playing Nightly Feed ("the Game"), operated by José Freitas (trading as Nightly Feed) ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Game.

Nightly Feed is a free-to-play daily puzzle web game. We provide the Game on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice.

You may create an account using an email address and password, or play anonymously. If you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Game allows you to submit certain content, including but not limited to:

• Usernames displayed on leaderboards
• Avatar/portrait selections

You agree not to submit content that is offensive, obscene, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content without notice and to restrict or ban users who violate these guidelines.

All content, design, graphics, game mechanics, code, and other materials in Nightly Feed are the intellectual property of José Freitas (trading as Nightly Feed) or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play the Game
• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or game data
• Interfere with other players' enjoyment of the Game

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, José Freitas (trading as Nightly Feed) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Game. The Game is provided free of charge, and your use is at your own risk.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Game will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and applicable European Union regulations, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
